Babyface and Girlfriend Nikki Pattenburg Expecting First Child

Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds and his girlfriend, dancer Nikki Pantenburg are expecting a baby this fall. The smooth singer/songwriter, 50, has two sons (Brandon and Dylan) with ex-wife Tracey Edmonds.

Sources insist Babyface and his 35-year-old partner, Nikki Pantenburg, have no plans to wed. The baby is due at the end of 2008. The Grammy-winning singer, who just celebrated his 50th birthday, has been dating the 35-year-old dancer since January 2007. Congrats to the parents-to-be!

Will Minnie Driver be the next Hollywood mom to give birth?

This past Saturday at a friend’s home in Malibu, Minnie had her baby shower. It was a casual affair, with about 40 guests in attendance, sipping basil lemonade and eating finger sandwiches and berry cake from Sweet Lady Jane. Minnie opened Gymboree Brand gifts, while guests hand-painted onesies for the baby, and signed personal notes in a book to be given to the mom-to-be. She just might be the next celebrity mom to deliver!

Laila Ali is going to make Muhammad Ali a grandpa!

Retired undefeated Women's Super Middleweight Champion and youngest daughter of Muhammad Ali, Laila Ali, has announced that she is pregnant with her first child. Laila, who cohosts NBC’s American Gladiator tells Essence magazine that she and husband, former NFL player Curtis Conway, will become parents in the fall. “I don’t know yet if we are having a boy or a girl, but I’m excited that I have a life inside me that my husband and I created,” says Laila.

The 30-year-old Ali married Conway, 36, last July in Marina Del Rey, California. Her first marriage to former boxer, Johnny “Yahyah” McClain, ended in 2005. Conway has three children from a previous marriage.

“Curtis is very calm and has a quiet confidence, and he wanted what I wanted—to be married and have a family,” says the former boxer. “I am 100 percent undeniably happy,” gushes Laila. “I've never been able to say that before.”

Another Spears Makes Her Debut!

Jamie Lynn Spears gave birth to a baby girl on June 19th. According to People, they named her Maddie Briann. Only immediate family was present for the birth, including Britney. A source states that “Everyone is healthy and happy.” Jamie, 17, and the Maddie’s dad Casey Aldridge, 19, plan on getting married soon, and just bought a house together in Liberty, Miss.

Alison Sweeny is expecting her second child

Alison Sweeney is pregnant with baby #2. She and her husband Dave Sanov have a son together, Ben, who is 3-years-old. Alison's rep, Carrie Simons told People: "She told them that, in a season all about family, hers is about to get bigger." She was talking about season 6 of “Biggest Loser” that Alison hosts.

Fashionable rocker Gwen Stefani is expecting her second child with Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale. We can't say that we're surprised.
